Payment Policy

1. Billing unit

All services on DALATHUB AI are billed in Credits. Default rate: 1 Credit ≈ 26 VND (see the live pricing page for the current rate).

2. Payment methods

• VietQR — scan with a Vietnamese banking app, pay in VND. Auto-credited via the SePay webhook within 1–3 minutes.
• PayPal / Credit / Debit (Visa, MasterCard, JCB…) — via PayPal. Credited as soon as PayPal confirms the payment.

3. Minimum top-up

The minimum top-up is VND 50,000 (or equivalent foreign currency via PayPal). There is no maximum.

4. Top-up steps

1. Sign in, open Top-up or click the Credits pill on the home page.
2. Choose a package or enter a custom amount.
3. Pick a method (VietQR or PayPal).
4. Complete the payment per on-screen instructions.
5. Credits are added to your account balance automatically.

5. Using Credits

Credits pay for: AI video generation, AI image generation, face swap, audio processing, social downloader, and text-to-speech. Each service has its own rate, shown clearly before you confirm the job.

6. Expiry

Credits do not expire as long as your account stays active (you sign in at least once every 12 months). Accounts inactive for 24+ months may be locked — contact us to restore.

7. Invoices

Need a VAT invoice? Email business info + tax code to [email protected] within 7 days of payment.

8. Disputes

Top-up disputes must be reported within 30 days. We coordinate with the bank / PayPal to verify and resolve within 15 business days.

9. Payment security

Every transaction is end-to-end encrypted. We never store full card numbers — card data is handled exclusively by PayPal under PCI-DSS. SePay transaction codes are verified with HMAC-SHA256.
